Cloudy Evening - Magician's Quest: Mysterious Times
I've finally reached the shops.. it's still raining! I'll be showing each store in this update


Vivian's Boutique
This is where you buy clothes and shoes! As you can see in the third image you can also try them on before purchasing

Vivian owns the store! She says 'like' almost as much as I do




Mon Paris
The hairdressers! Sadly the only styles available are the ones you saw in the customization screen. There's also a few wigs you can buy but I haven't seen that many options


Roley
The guy who owns Mon Paris, we probably won't see him much because I won't be visiting this place much lol


Daisy's Flowers
You can buy flowers and seeds to plant around town here, along with some furniture for the observatory which is on the top floor of the dorms? I completely forget this exists every time lmao... I'll get to it eventually

She has like zero personality but look at how cute she is


Lime Light
It's literally a bar. If you bring a classmate along Marcy will tell you how compatible you are as romantic partners for opposite sex classmates, or 'best friends' for same sex ones (honestly it's basically gal pals... everyone in this game is gay)



The Lime Light has a second feature: every day it plays a new song, and if you hang around long enough you'll learn it. Right now the songs will show up as '???' but you can buy CDs which will give you the name. I'll try and show what purpose music has eventually


Marcy
She's probably my second favourite to Malila. I love bringing classmates to see her lmao


Harrows
You can buy pretty much everything else here. There's actually two floors. On the ground floor is furniture and broomsticks (more on those later)....


...and on the first floor are carpets/wallpapers and instruments/CDs. If I replay the song I heard at the Lime Light here Piquard will order the CD version, but it's kind of expensive so I'll be leaving it for now. You can see Piquard running into the room in the second pic, he always does that when you change rooms


Piquard
Another one who's kind of boring... don't have much to say about him


Tina was just leaving this building as I arrived.. it's actually another set of dorms. Classmates either live here or in the treehouses


The Emporium
This is where Reginald wanted me to go! The Emporium is where you can buy supplies for spells, you sometimes need specific items for quests too. Usually Malila sends you off to collect items in exchange for the items you need when this happens



I offer to work for her, and she gives me a list of items I need. She either pays a higher price than usual for the requested items or exchanges them for supplies


Malila
Like I said before, she's my favourite. I think she's really cute lol... she also has one of the best themes in the game

Next time: I'll be gathering Malila's items and using it as an excuse to explore the rest of the town!
